Several private schools across Noida received bomb threat emails on Friday, triggering an immediate and large-scale security response from local authorities. Police, bomb disposal squads, fire services, dog squads, and Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) teams were swiftly deployed to the affected campuses to conduct comprehensive searches and ensure public safety. Senior officers coordinated operations across multiple police stations to address the situation promptly.
Intensive checks were carried out at the premises of the targeted institutions, with no explosive devices or suspicious items discovered so far. A dedicated cyber team has begun technical analysis of the threatening emails to trace their origin, identify the sender, and assess any potential motive.
