Coca-Cola India Profit Jumps 46% to Rs 615 Crore in FY25
Coca-Cola India reports 46% profit jump to Rs 615 crore in FY25 with revenue up 7% to Rs 5,042 crore.
Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd. posted a robust 46.3% rise in consolidated profit to Rs 615.03 crore for the financial year 2025, while revenue from operations reached Rs 5,042.56 crore, reflecting a 7% year-on-year growth. Total income, including other income, grew 7.7% to Rs 5,171.48 crore, according to financial data from business intelligence platform Tofler.
The company’s net profit for FY24 was Rs 420.3 crore, with revenue from operations at Rs 4,713.38 crore. Coca-Cola India’s expenses on advertising and sales promotion declined by Rs 13.75 crore to Rs 1,311.13 crore, compared to Rs 1,520.22 crore in the previous fiscal, highlighting efficient cost management.
However, royalty payments to the US-based parent company, The Coca-Cola Company, rose by 9.65% to Rs 556.52 crore. The total tax expense for FY25 also saw a 33% increase, reaching Rs 228.08 crore, up from Rs 171.42 crore in FY24. Total expenses rose 2.8% to Rs 4,328.37 crore during the year under review.

Coca-Cola India operates some of the most popular beverage brands in the country, including Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Limca, Sprite, Maaza, and Minute Maid. The company remains an unlisted entity fully controlled by its parent through Hong Kong-based Coca-Cola South Asia (India) Holdings Ltd.
Besides its main operations, The Coca-Cola Company also has a separate bottling unit, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) Pvt. Ltd., in which it recently divested a 40% stake to the Jubilant Bhartia Group. India continues to be the fifth-largest market for the Atlanta-headquartered beverage giant, reflecting its strategic importance.
With rising profits and strong brand presence, Coca-Cola India appears well-positioned to expand its footprint and consolidate market share, leveraging cost efficiencies and the growing beverage demand across urban and rural markets.
