Luxury Rolls Royce-Inspired ‘Car Boat’ Becomes Juhu Beach’s Must-See Attraction

Maharashtra’s Juhu Beach has a new attraction that is turning heads: a luxury vessel shaped like a Rolls Royce. Drawing crowds of tourists and locals alike, the “car boat” offers a premium marine experience that rivals international offerings. Its arrival marks a significant step in elevating the state’s coastal tourism and attracting visitors seeking unique leisure activities.
The idea was conceived by entrepreneur Pramod Pawar, inspired by similar luxury-themed boats he saw in Dubai. Returning home, he adapted the concept to local conditions, modifying the vessel to handle Maharashtra’s tidal patterns and safety requirements. The resulting craft seats five passengers comfortably and can travel up to 1.8 nautical miles into the Arabian Sea, combining elegance with functional design.
The boat features plush interiors, onboard music, and even a shower facility for passengers returning from the sea. Its detailed design ensures both comfort and a high-end experience, making it a standout attraction at Juhu Beach. Visitors can now enjoy a sophisticated marine outing without traveling abroad, highlighting Maharashtra’s growing focus on experiential tourism.

Tourism officials and operators see the initiative as a step toward international-standard recreational offerings. Plans are underway to expand with Ferrari- and Lamborghini-inspired boats, along with activities like flyboarding. The aim is to create a complete, high-end marine entertainment environment, giving visitors a truly global experience on local waters.
Pawar emphasized that this is just the beginning. He called for greater government support to promote such innovations, enabling more entrepreneurs to introduce luxury water sports. The Rolls Royce-shaped boat symbolizes the state’s ambition to combine creativity, tourism growth, and world-class experiences, positioning Maharashtra as a premier coastal destination.
