Non-stop service accelerates India-Saudi connectivity.
IndiGo will launch direct flights from Bengaluru to Riyadh starting November 16, 2025, with five weekly services on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Departing Kempegowda International Airport at 20:45 and arriving at King Khalid International Airport at 23:55 local time, the return flight leaves Riyadh at 00:55 and reaches Bengaluru at 08:35. This schedule targets business travelers, IT professionals, and the Indian diaspora, offering a seamless five-hour journey without layovers.
The route marks Riyadh as IndiGo’s 35th international destination and its sixth in the Middle East, operated using fuel-efficient Airbus A320neo aircraft with 180 economy seats. Enhanced cabin features, including advanced air filtration and spacious storage, ensure passenger comfort on this medium-haul sector. The service responds to rising demand from Bengaluru’s technology ecosystem and Riyadh’s expanding role in finance, healthcare, and Vision 2030 projects.
Bookings are live on IndiGo’s platforms with introductory fares from ₹14,999, prompting strong early uptake from corporate clients in Electronic City and Whitefield. Dedicated check-in counters and priority immigration at Bengaluru airport will streamline operations. IndiGo expects load factors above 85 percent in the first quarter, supported by bilateral visa reforms and increased traffic rights.
