Samantha Ruth Prabhu Visits Sadhguru's Isha Foundation Ahead of Motherhood
Samantha Ruth Prabhu shares reflections from her Isha Foundation visit.
Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently returned to the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, a place she has visited regularly over the past several years. Sharing photographs from her visit on social media, Samantha reflected on the personal lessons she has gained since she first began visiting the centre. Her post focused on continued self-discovery and the importance of seeking people and places that encourage personal growth.
During her visit, Samantha was seen walking around the centre's campus, spending time with calves and enjoying a meal. She also participated in rituals and visited the Linga Bhairavi Temple, before sharing a photograph with Sadhguru. The pictures offered followers a glimpse into her time at the centre and highlighted the spiritual and reflective aspects of the visit.
Samantha said her experiences over the past five years had challenged her earlier understanding of herself. She reflected on how people can reach a stage where they believe they understand their strengths, limitations and boundaries, only to discover that there is still more to learn. According to the actor, each visit to the centre has left her with a renewed sense of possibility and encouraged her to continue exploring and evolving.

The Linga Bhairavi Temple also has a personal connection to Samantha. She and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru got married at the Isha Yoga Centre in December 2025 in a private ceremony centred on yoga and tradition. Samantha had previously worked with Nidimoru and his creative partner Krishna D.K. on projects including The Family Man 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny, establishing a professional association before their relationship developed.
Samantha's latest visit comes during an important period in her personal life. She announced her pregnancy in June after being seen with a baby bump at an event celebrating the success of Maa Inti Bangaaram. Since then, she has continued to share selected moments from her life with followers while maintaining a relatively private approach to her personal journey.
Reflecting on the significance of her experiences, Samantha encouraged her followers to find people and places that help them become better versions of themselves. She described the lessons from her visits as a source of renewed energy and possibility, emphasising that personal growth is an ongoing process. Her message centred on continuing to learn, evolve and remain open to what each stage of life can bring.
