Spider-Man: Brand New Day Box Office Collection Day 9: Strong Run Continues In India
Spider-Man: Brand New Day maintains momentum in India.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day has continued its strong run at the Indian box office despite entering its second week in theatres. The Marvel superhero film has maintained audience interest across multiple languages, with its India net collection reaching Rs 336.83 crore based on the latest available figures. Its India gross collection currently stands at Rs 402.73 crore.
According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film has collected Rs 2.13 crore so far on Day 9. The movie is currently playing across 7,513 shows and has recorded overall occupancy of 39.3 per cent. Since the Day 9 figures are still being updated, the final collection for the second Friday is expected to be higher once the day's complete numbers are reported.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day collected Rs 334.70 crore during its first week, according to the latest Sacnilk data. The film opened with Rs 60.60 crore on Day 1, followed by Rs 49.35 crore on Day 2 and Rs 70.25 crore on Day 3. It then recorded Rs 77.75 crore on Day 4, Rs 23.80 crore on Day 5, Rs 21.75 crore on Day 6, Rs 17 crore on Day 7 and Rs 14.20 crore on Day 8.

On Day 9, the English version led the reported collections with Rs 1.18 crore from 3,173 shows and 13 per cent occupancy. The Hindi version followed with Rs 77 lakh from 3,699 shows and recorded the highest occupancy among the language versions at 66 per cent. The Tamil version contributed Rs 11 lakh from 360 shows at 18 per cent occupancy, while the Telugu version earned Rs 7 lakh from 281 shows with 13 per cent occupancy.
The film has continued to attract audiences despite a reduction in show count compared with its opening week. Its performance across English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu versions has helped maintain its momentum in the Indian market as it enters the second weekend. The latest figures indicate continued demand for the Marvel release even after its strong opening week.

The film follows Peter Parker as he confronts new threats while attempting to balance his personal life with his responsibilities as Spider-Man.
