Ashu Reddy Calls ₹9.35 Crore Case Allegations Based On Pretext Of Marriage False

Ashu Reddy denies ₹9.35 crore allegations made under pretext of marriage.

Actor and social media personality Ashu Reddy has strongly denied allegations linked to a ₹9.35 crore case in which she has been accused of allegedly entering into a relationship under the pretext of marriage. Calling the claims “false and defamatory,” she has also warned of initiating legal action against those responsible for spreading the accusations.

According to the allegations circulating in the case, the complainant has claimed that they were misled under promises of marriage, resulting in financial transactions amounting to ₹9.35 crore. The complaint further suggests that the money was transferred over a period of time during what was described as a personal relationship.

Ashu Reddy has rejected these allegations outright, stating that the narrative being projected is misleading and damaging to her reputation. In her response, she has maintained that the claims are baseless and have been deliberately framed to harass and defame her in the public domain.

She has further indicated that she is consulting legal experts and intends to pursue appropriate legal remedies against individuals or platforms spreading what she describes as false information. Her statement emphasised that any attempt to tarnish her image through unverified allegations would be dealt with through legal channels.

The matter has drawn attention due to the large sum mentioned in the complaint and the nature of the accusations involving personal relationships and financial dealings. However, there has been no official adjudication or judicial finding establishing the veracity of the claims at this stage.

As the situation develops, it remains to be seen whether formal proceedings will be initiated and how both parties will present their cases before legal authorities. For now, the dispute remains in the realm of allegations and counterclaims, with no final legal determination.
