Actor Urmila Matondkar's former husband, businessman and model Mohsin Akhtar, has shared pictures from his wedding reception with Nidhaa Bhatt. Mohsin and Nidhaa got married in June this year, two years after his divorce from Urmila. The couple had earlier shared photographs from their wedding ceremony on social media.
Sharing pictures from the reception, Mohsin posted a heartfelt message for his wife, describing her as an important part of his life. He expressed gratitude for their relationship and wrote about building a life together. The post also included photographs of the couple from the reception, offering followers a glimpse of the celebrations.
Mohsin had earlier announced his marriage to Nidhaa through a social media post centred on love, gratitude and faith. He also paid tribute to his late mother in the post, expressing his belief that her blessings had played a role in bringing Nidhaa into his life. The couple's wedding took place in June, although details of the private ceremony were not extensively publicised.

Mohsin was previously married to Urmila Matondkar. The two tied the knot on February 4, 2016, in an intimate ceremony. Their relationship attracted attention at the time because of their 10-year age difference and interfaith marriage. Mohsin, who is from Kashmir, works as a businessman and model and had reportedly met Urmila at the wedding of designer Manish Malhotra's niece in 2014.
Reports of difficulties in Urmila and Mohsin's marriage emerged in 2024, with reports later stating that Urmila had filed for divorce in a Mumbai court. Their divorce was finalised before Mohsin's marriage to Nidhaa. Following their wedding in 2016, Urmila and Mohsin had also visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar and later held a nikah ceremony.
Mohsin's latest social media post marks a new chapter in his personal life and comes after his previous marriage to the actor ended in divorce. The reception photographs have since drawn attention online, with the couple receiving attention from followers as they begin their married life together.
