Jasmine Sandlas Faces Backlash Over Alleged Delay And Lip-Syncing At Hyderabad Concert

Singer faces criticism over alleged concert performance issues.

Punjabi singer Jasmine Sandlas is facing online backlash following allegations from concert attendees that she arrived over three hours late to a live performance in Hyderabad and allegedly lip-synced during her set. The controversy stems from a recent show held at Quake Arena Hyderabad, where dissatisfied attendees took to social media to express disappointment over the event’s execution and management.

According to an Instagram post shared by an attendee claiming to have been present at the concert, the event was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., but the singer reportedly took the stage only around 11:20 p.m. The user alleged that there was no acknowledgement or apology for the delay, calling it a “terrible experience” and stating that the performance fell far below expectations.

The post further claimed that Jasmine Sandlas appeared to lip-sync during parts of the show, raising questions among attendees about the authenticity of the live performance. The user expressed frustration, saying that the delayed start and perceived lack of live vocals significantly affected the audience experience. The post also criticised the overall energy of the crowd, attributing it to the late start and performance quality.

In addition to the allegations against the singer, several attendees also criticised the event management at Quake Arena Hyderabad. Some users described poor coordination, limited food options, and long waiting times at the venue. One attendee alleged that basic amenities were inadequately handled, contributing to a disappointing concert experience overall.

Further criticism surfaced in comment sections of viral posts, where users labelled the event management as poorly organised and raised concerns about pricing and service quality at the venue. However, these claims remain based on individual attendee accounts shared on social media, and have not been independently verified. As of now, neither Jasmine Sandlas nor the organisers of Quake Arena Hyderabad have issued an official response to the allegations. The incident continues to circulate online, with mixed reactions from fans and attendees discussing both the performance and event management standards.
