Taapsee Pannu Says She Almost Forgets She's Married to Mathias Boe

Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu has given a rare insight into her married life with former Danish badminton star Mathias Boe, emphasizing that her personal life has remained largely unchanged since tying the knot. Speaking to Shubhankar Mishra, she highlighted that marriage was never meant to alter the ease and comfort of their relationship.

Taapsee revealed that compatibility was the cornerstone of their bond, more than nationality or background. She explained, “He never let me feel the burden of a relationship,” and admitted that she often forgets she is married because their daily lives feel so natural and unchanged.

Reflecting on her approach to marriage, Taapsee shared that she wanted her life to continue as it was before, making sure that their official union did not impose unnecessary changes. This philosophy, she said, was central to why she chose Mathias as a life partner.

The actor also spoke about the early days of their relationship, joking that she “planned and plotted” to make a foreigner fall for her and move to India. Despite the lighthearted beginnings, the couple eventually decided on marriage after realizing the long-term potential of their partnership, even while managing a long-distance relationship.

Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe were married in March 2024 in Udaipur, in an intimate ceremony that beautifully combined Sikh and Christian rituals. The union marked a personal milestone while maintaining the simplicity and comfort she desired in married life.

On the professional front, Taapsee is promoting her latest film Assi, directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film, featuring actors like Kani Kusruti, Revathy, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, is currently running in theatres under the banner of Benaras Media Works and T-Series Films.
