The re-release schedule kicks off on November 14 with the Sam Raimi-directed trilogy that redefined superhero cinema: Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004), and Spider-Man 3 (2007), starring Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker. These films, which collectively grossed over $2.5 billion globally, introduced audiences to iconic villains like Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Venom, cementing Spider-Man’s place in pop culture with their emotional depth and groundbreaking visual effects. On November 21, the Marc Webb-directed The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), featuring Andrew Garfield’s nuanced portrayal of the hero, will return, showcasing a grittier take on Peter Parker’s struggles against Electro and the Lizard.
The re-release continues on November 28 with the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man trilogy, led by Tom Holland: Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and the multiverse-spanning Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), which became a global phenomenon, earning nearly $2 billion worldwide. Rounding out the event, the critically acclaimed animated Spider-Verse: The Animated Multiverse—comprising Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023)—will hit theatres on December 5, offering fans a visually stunning journey through alternate dimensions with Miles Morales. This comprehensive lineup ensures that every era of Spider-Man’s cinematic journey, from Raimi’s classics to the innovative Spider-Verse, is celebrated.
