In a recent interview, Bollywood actor Ahaan Panday officially addressed the swirling rumors about his relationship with Saiyaara co-star Aneet Padda. The young star made it clear that despite the intense speculation, the two are not dating. Instead, he emphasized their bond as one of deep friendship and mutual comfort, dismissing all notions of romance between them.
Ahaan explained that the public and media often misinterpret their onscreen chemistry, believing it to be romantic. "Chemistry isn't always romantic; it’s about comfort, safety, and being seen," he told GQ India. He also shared that they had bonded over a quote from Paulo Coelho—"It's the possibility of a dream coming true that makes life interesting"—which resonated deeply with both of them even before filming their hit movie Saiyaara. Despite their closeness, Ahaan confirmed that he is currently single and his love language is acts of service and grand gestures.
The actor’s clarification comes in the wake of viral videos and social media posts that showed them together during promotions, birthdays, and social outings. Rumors intensified after a video of Ahaan offering Aneet a piece of cake on her birthday went viral, alongside other instances of public displays of camaraderie. However, Ahaan stressed that their relationship is purely platonic and rooted in a strong friendship built over shared experiences and mutual respect.
