GWM opens pre-sales for Haval H10 plug-in hybrid SUV.

Great Wall Motor (GWM) has officially opened pre-sales for the Haval H10, its new flagship plug-in hybrid SUV, introducing four variants powered by the company's Hi4 hybrid technology. The SUV is being offered in both five-seat and six-seat configurations, with introductory promotional prices starting at 214,800 yuan (approximately $31,700). Under the standard pre-sale pricing, the entry-level model begins at 219,800 yuan (around $32,500). The H10 is positioned as GWM's premium electrified SUV and aims to strengthen the company's presence in China's highly competitive new energy vehicle (NEV) market.

The production version of the Haval H10 follows its earlier appearance in Chinese regulatory filings, with Great Wall Motor now confirming the final specifications, pricing and model lineup. All four variants are equipped with the automaker's Hi4 plug-in hybrid powertrain and feature LiDAR technology as standard equipment, highlighting GWM's focus on advanced driver assistance and intelligent driving capabilities. The company is offering limited-time promotional pricing across the entire range during the pre-sale period.

The Haval H10 lineup includes four variants catering to different seating preferences and feature levels. The Hi4 1.5T Max five-seat model and the Hi4 1.5T Pro six-seat variant are priced at 219,800 yuan under the standard pre-sale scheme, with promotional pricing reducing them to 214,800 yuan. The Hi4 1.5T Max six-seat version is priced at 229,800 yuan, or 224,800 yuan under the limited-time offer, while the top-spec Hi4 1.5T Ultra six-seat model carries a standard pre-sale price of 239,800 yuan, reduced to 234,800 yuan during the promotional period.

The SUV will be available in two body styles based on seating configuration. The five-seat version measures 5,138 mm in length, while the six-seat model is extended to 5,299 mm, offering additional interior space for passengers. Both variants share identical dimensions in other areas, including a 3,000 mm wheelbase, a width of 2,050 mm and a height of 1,970 mm. The common platform enables GWM to offer multiple seating layouts while maintaining consistent engineering and performance characteristics.

By equipping every H10 variant with the Hi4 plug-in hybrid system and LiDAR technology as standard, Great Wall Motor is positioning the vehicle as a premium offering within China's fast-growing hybrid SUV segment. The combination of electrified powertrains, intelligent driving technologies and multiple seating configurations is expected to appeal to families and consumers seeking larger vehicles with enhanced practicality and modern safety features.

The launch of the Haval H10 comes as Chinese automakers continue to expand their portfolios of electrified vehicles amid intense competition in the domestic market. Plug-in hybrid SUVs have witnessed growing demand due to their combination of electric driving capability and long-distance flexibility. With competitive introductory pricing, advanced hybrid technology and premium features, the Haval H10 is expected to compete against several established and emerging models in China's rapidly evolving new energy vehicle sector.
