Beat The Heat on a Budget: Cars With Auto Climate Control Under Rs 10 Lakh
Five budget cars under Rs 10 lakh now offer automatic climate control for Indian summers.
As temperatures rise across India, car buyers are increasingly prioritising comfort-focused features over just mileage and styling. One such feature gaining popularity is automatic climate control, which allows the cabin to maintain a preset temperature without constant manual adjustments. Once limited to premium cars, this feature is now available in several budget-friendly models priced under ₹10 lakh.
Leading the list is the Tata Tiago, which offers automatic climate control starting from the XZ trim. Priced from around ₹6.40 lakh (ex-showroom), it comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine and remains one of the most affordable options for buyers looking for a feature-rich hatchback.
Another strong contender is the Nissan Magnite, ideal for those who prefer SUV styling on a budget. Its climate control-equipped variants start at approximately ₹6.76 lakh (ex-showroom), and buyers can choose between a naturally aspirated petrol engine or a more powerful turbocharged option.

Rounding off the list is the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, which offers the feature in its Zeta and Alpha variants starting from approximately ₹8.19 lakh (ex-showroom). With a balance of comfort, performance, and fuel efficiency, the Baleno stands out as a practical choice for both city commutes and long drives.
