Samsung Rolls Out One UI 7 Beta 5 for Galaxy S24 Series

Samsung has unleashed the One UI 7 Beta 5 update for its Galaxy S24 series, bringing a suite of enhancements to users in India, the USA, Germany, Poland, and South Korea.

This latest beta, based on Android 15, introduces the Samsung Log video recording feature—previously exclusive to the Galaxy S24 Ultra and S25 series—to the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models. This capability allows users to capture videos with a logarithmic profile, offering greater dynamic range and post-production flexibility, a boon for content creators. Alongside this, the update packs numerous bug fixes, refining the user experience as Samsung gears up for the stable One UI 7 release slated for April 2025.

The rollout follows a rigorous beta phase that began in December 2024, with the Galaxy S24 series serving as the primary testbed.
