Red Magic 11 Air Debuts Globally With Snapdragon 8 Elite and 7000mAh Battery

Nubia’s gaming sub-brand Red Magic has launched the Red Magic 11 Air in global markets, expanding its premium gaming smartphone lineup. Designed for performance enthusiasts, the device is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and features a high-refresh-rate display, aggressive thermal management, and a large battery with ultra-fast charging.
The Red Magic 11 Air features a 6.85-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 95.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. The panel supports advanced eye-care features, including 2,592Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming, and SGS low blue light certification, ensuring extended gaming comfort.
Under the hood, the handset is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with a dedicated RedCore R4 gaming chip. It offers up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, and runs on Android 16-based RedMagic OS 11.0, delivering optimized performance for gaming and multitasking.

To maintain sustained performance, the Red Magic 11 Air is equipped with an advanced ICE Cooling System, combining dual active cooling fans, a thick vapor chamber, graphene copper foil, and the Wind Chaser 4.0 airflow setup. Gaming features include shoulder trigger buttons, bypass charging, a PC emulator, and Cube Sky Engine 3.0.
In terms of photography, the smartphone carries a dual 50-megapixel rear camera setup, consisting of a primary sensor and an ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, it includes a 16-megapixel front camera, housed discreetly to preserve the immersive display experience.
The Red Magic 11 Air packs a 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support and bypass charging for gaming sessions. Priced from EUR 499, the device will go on sale globally starting February 11, available in Quantum Black and Stardust White through the official Red Magic website and select partners.
