Vivo X300 Ultra Set to Launch in Early 2026 With Massive 7,000mAh Battery and Cutting-Edge Features

The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra promises a powerhouse battery and flagship specs in a rumored Q1 2026 launch.

Vivo appears ready to launch its much-anticipated X300 Ultra smartphone in China during the first quarter of 2026, according to recent leaks. The new model will join the existing Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, which debuted in October 2025. The launch timing suggests Vivo is accelerating its rollout plans for this premium series, following the pattern set by last year’s X200 lineup.

A notable highlight of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its reportedly massive 7,000mAh battery, an upgrade from the 6,000mAh cell found in the predecessor X200 Ultra. This increase promises extended usage times, potentially alleviating battery life concerns for power users. Current X300 and X300 Pro models already feature sizeable batteries of just over 6,000mAh along with fast wired and wireless charging support, and the Ultra model is expected to continue this trend.

In terms of performance, the Vivo X300 Ultra is believed to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This 3nm octa-core processor marks a leap forward in efficiency and speed, placing the device firmly in flagship territory. The phone is also expected to feature a large 6.8-inch 2K display, catering to high-resolution content consumption and an immersive viewing experience.

Camera capabilities look similarly impressive, with leaks revealing a triple rear camera setup including two 200-megapixel sensors. One of these is likely Sony’s new LYTIA 901 sensor, which is anticipated to deliver significant advancements in clarity and detail. Additional upgrades are expected for the ultrawide and periscope telephoto lenses, addressing growing consumer demand for versatile mobile photography.

As Vivo continues to build on its solid reputation in high-end smartphones, the X300 Ultra looks poised to attract attention with its powerful battery, flagship chipset, and advanced imaging tech. More details will likely emerge closer to the official unveiling, but for now, the leaked specifications suggest a compelling addition to the premium smartphone segment.
