Poco X8 Pro Series Design Surfaces Ahead of Expected Launch

Leak reveals design and color options of upcoming Poco phones.

The Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max have surfaced in leaked renders ahead of their anticipated global launch, offering an early look at their design and color options. The upcoming smartphones are widely expected to succeed the Poco X7 Pro 5G, which was introduced in 2025. While the company has not officially confirmed the devices yet, the latest leak provides a fairly detailed preview of what buyers can expect from the next-generation Poco X-series lineup.

According to renders shared by tipster Paras Guglani on X, both models appear to feature a flat rear panel with gently curved edges and a clean matte or satin finish. The camera module is placed at the top-left corner and adopts a vertical pill-shaped layout with two separate lens rings, giving the phones a premium and contemporary look. Poco’s bold branding is also visible on the lower portion of the back panel, maintaining the brand’s familiar visual identity.

The leaked images indicate that the Poco X8 Pro series may launch in at least three color options—black, white, and turquoise. On the front, the handsets are shown with a flat display, slim bezels, and a centrally positioned hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. Overall, the design language appears modern and minimal, suggesting Poco is aiming for a more refined aesthetic with this generation.

Button placement remains conventional, with the power and volume keys located on the right spine, while the left edge stays clean. Notably, the power button carries an orange accent, a signature Poco styling element that adds a subtle contrast to the otherwise muted finish. This small design cue helps the device retain brand recognizability.

The Poco X8 Pro Max closely resembles the standard Pro variant in overall appearance, though the camera rings on the Max model appear slightly more pronounced, possibly hinting at upgraded camera hardware. Poco has yet to announce official launch timelines, but more details regarding specifications, pricing, and market availability are expected to surface as the global debut approaches.
