OPPO K14x 5G Launches February 10 In India With 6500mAh Battery And 45W Charging

Oppo has confirmed the launch date of its upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Oppo K14x 5G, in the Indian market. The Chinese smartphone maker announced on Monday that the device will be officially unveiled at 12 PM on February 10, expanding its popular K-series lineup. Alongside the launch date, Oppo has also revealed several key specifications of the handset through official teasers and social media posts.
According to Oppo, the K14x 5G is designed to deliver strong performance and extended battery life for everyday users. In a post shared on the official X handle of Oppo India, the company highlighted the smartphone’s 6,500mAh battery paired with 45W fast charging, positioning it as a device aimed at users seeking long-lasting usage with minimal downtime. The company described the handset as offering “more power, less lag, and non-stop performance.”
A dedicated microsite for the Oppo K14x 5G is now live on Flipkart, indicating that the e-commerce platform will likely play a key role in its online sales. The smartphone is expected to succeed the Oppo K13x 5G, which was launched in India in June last year, suggesting incremental upgrades in battery capacity, performance, and overall design.

In terms of specifications, the Oppo K14x 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and will run ColorOS 15 out of the box, according to reports. The device is expected to feature a 6.75-inch HD+ display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,125 nits. Design teasers suggest flat edges, a flat rear panel, and a pill-shaped camera module, in line with Oppo’s recent K-series design language.
On the camera front, the smartphone will sport a dual rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with AI-based imaging features. Oppo claims the battery can deliver up to 17.6 hours of YouTube playback, 12.1 hours of WhatsApp video calling, and 16.1 hours of Google Maps navigation on a single charge. While pricing details remain undisclosed, the predecessor Oppo K13x 5G was launched at ₹11,999, offering a reference point ahead of the official announcement on February 10.
