Itel Power 80 Spotted on Geekbench; Android 16 and Unisoc Chipset Confirmed

Itel Power 80 leaks on Geekbench with Unisoc T7250 and Android 16.

The upcoming budget smartphone Itel Power 80 has reportedly surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing early details about its expected specifications, performance, and software. The listing suggests that the device could be part of the company’s expanding Power series, although official confirmation from the brand is still awaited.

According to the benchmarking data, the handset is believed to be powered by an octa-core Unisoc chipset, identified as the Unisoc T7250. The processor configuration reportedly includes two performance cores and six efficiency cores, indicating a focus on balanced performance and power efficiency for entry-level smartphone users.

The device is also said to run on Android 16, making it one of the early budget smartphones expected to adopt the latest Android version. In terms of memory, the listing points to approximately 4GB of RAM, suggesting that the company may market it as a 4GB variant aimed at the affordable segment.

Performance scores from Geekbench indicate modest benchmark results, with the device reportedly achieving around 445 points in single-core testing and 1,451 points in multi-core performance. These figures are consistent with entry-level smartphones designed for basic usage such as calling, browsing, and light app multitasking rather than heavy gaming or advanced processing tasks.

The smartphone has also been spotted on Indonesia’s TKDN certification database under the model number P685L, hinting at a possible global rollout strategy. However, key details such as design, camera specifications, and battery capacity have not yet been revealed by the company, leaving several aspects of the device still unconfirmed.

If launched, the Itel Power 80 is expected to follow the company’s budget-friendly approach seen in previous models like the Itel A100 4G, which targeted entry-level users with basic specifications. The new device is likely to continue this strategy, focusing on affordability and essential smartphone features for emerging markets.
