Smart Water, Smarter Homes: Native M3 Series Brings Advanced Purification To Indian Households

Urban Company launches smart water purifier series in India.

Urban Company’s home appliance brand Native has launched its M3 series water purifiers in India, introducing the Native M3 and Native M3 Pro models with long-life filtration technology and smart monitoring features. The company claims that the new premium reverse osmosis (RO) water purifiers are designed to reduce maintenance requirements and help users save on long-term ownership costs.

The Native M3 water purifier has been priced at Rs. 22,999, while the higher-end Native M3 Pro model costs Rs. 25,999. Both products are available for purchase through the Urban Company app and the company’s official website. Urban Company claims that users can save up to Rs. 26,000 over nine years with the new range compared with traditional RO purifier maintenance costs.

The company said the M3 series uses long-life filtration technology that can function for up to three years without requiring regular filter replacement or servicing. The purifiers are designed to ensure that water passes through the RO membrane for removing heavy metals, chemicals and other impurities, according to Urban Company.

The Native M3 Pro model comes with additional features, including a food-grade stainless steel storage tank and advanced mineralisation technology with pH balancing. Its DualFlow Mineraliser system is designed to restore essential minerals removed during the purification process. Both models also include larger filters, Smart Rinse technology and RO Life Booster features.

Users can monitor the purifier’s filter condition, water quality and performance details through the Urban Company app. The app also allows customers to conduct machine health checks, access troubleshooting support and track key operational information in real time.

The M3 Pro features a dot-matrix smart display that provides information such as water dispensing capacity, pre- and post-processing TDS levels and other system details. With the launch, Urban Company aims to expand its presence in the home appliance segment by offering smart, low-maintenance water purification solutions for Indian households.
