Vivo X300 Ultra Tipped for India With Snapdragon 8 Elite and Quad Camera Setup

Vivo X300 Ultra leaks reveal premium specs and India launch plans.

Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, in India and other global markets, according to a series of recent leaks. While the company has not officially confirmed the launch timeline, the device is believed to be nearing its debut, possibly alongside the Vivo X300 Max, as Vivo looks to expand its premium smartphone lineup beyond China.

According to the latest information, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be powered by a flagship Snapdragon 8-series processor. Leaks suggest the handset will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on an advanced 3nm manufacturing process, positioning it among the most powerful Android smartphones expected this year. The device is also tipped to offer significant upgrades in performance efficiency and thermal management.

One of the standout features of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its battery. The smartphone is said to pack a large 7,000 mAh battery, supported by 100 W wired fast charging and 40 W wireless charging. If confirmed, this would place the device among the highest-capacity battery offerings in the flagship segment, aimed at users seeking extended usage without frequent recharging.

Display specifications also point to a premium experience. The Vivo X300 Ultra is tipped to sport a 6.82-inch flat LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution. Additional features are expected to include an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, along with a USB 3.2 Type-C port, further reinforcing its flagship positioning.

On the camera front, leaks indicate a quad rear camera setup led by a 200-megapixel primary sensor. The system is also said to include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with continuous optical zoom, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and an additional 5-megapixel sensor focused on enhanced color accuracy. For selfies and video calls, a 50-megapixel front camera is also expected.

Reports suggest that Vivo may introduce the X300 Ultra in China after the Spring Festival celebrations conclude in early March, followed by a wider international rollout, including India. If the leaked specifications hold true, the Vivo X300 Ultra could emerge as a strong contender in the ultra-premium smartphone segment.
