OnePlus 15T India Launch: Expected Price, Full Specs and Key Features

The OnePlus 15T launches March 24 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and a massive battery.

OnePlus is set to launch its latest smartphone, the OnePlus 15T, on March 24 in China, with the event scheduled for 7 p.m. local time (4:30 p.m. IST). Ahead of the official unveiling, the company has teased several key features of the device, while leaks and reports have provided insights into its expected pricing, specifications, and variants.

Although the official India pricing has not yet been confirmed, reports suggest that the OnePlus 15T could be launched at a higher price point compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 13T. For reference, the 13T debuted in China in April 2025 with a starting price of CNY 3,399 (approximately ₹39,000) for the base variant, with higher configurations going up to CNY 4,499 (around ₹52,000), indicating a potential upward revision for the new model.

In terms of performance, the OnePlus 15T is confirmed to be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, positioning it among the top-tier smartphones in its segment. Benchmark reports indicate that the chipset has achieved scores exceeding 4.45 million on AnTuTu, suggesting significant improvements in speed and efficiency, especially for high-performance tasks and gaming.

The device is also expected to focus heavily on gaming capabilities, featuring the next-generation “Wind Chaser Gaming” kernel designed to support up to 165 frames per second at 1.5K resolution in supported titles. Additionally, the inclusion of a dedicated “Lingxi” touch response chip is aimed at improving responsiveness and delivering a smoother user experience during gameplay.

Battery performance appears to be another highlight, with the OnePlus 15T housing a large 7,500 mAh battery. The company claims this can deliver up to 22.8 hours of video playback, 13 hours of navigation, or over 10 hours of gaming on a single charge. The device will support 100W SuperVOOC wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and bypass charging, catering to users who prioritise both speed and battery longevity.

The smartphone will be available in multiple configurations, including options with 12GB and 16GB RAM, paired with storage variants ranging from 256GB to 1TB. Colour options teased so far include Relaxing Matcha, Pure Cocoa, and Healing White Chocolate. With official details expected at launch, the OnePlus 15T is shaping up to be a premium offering in the brand’s lineup, targeting performance-focused users and tech enthusiasts.
