Nuuk Ren Pro Sets New Value Standard in Cordless Vacuums Under Rs 20,000

The Nuuk Ren Pro cordless vacuum offers strong suction, smart attachments and good build quality at an affordable price.

The Nuuk Ren Pro cordless stick vacuum positions itself as a value-focused yet design-forward cleaning appliance, priced at Rs. 19,999 in India. Launched by direct-to-consumer brand Nuuk, founded in 2023, the Ren Pro targets younger buyers with an emphasis on aesthetics, versatility, and competitive performance in a crowded vacuum cleaner market dominated by both budget corded models and premium cordless offerings.

In terms of design and build quality, the Nuuk Ren Pro makes a strong first impression. The vacuum features a modern, metallic-grey ABS body that feels solid despite its lightweight construction of around 1.7 kg, including the battery and dustbin. Packaging is neatly organised, and the product ships with eight attachments—an unusually generous bundle at this price point—along with a detachable battery pack and charging adapter. Optional accessories such as a storage bag and wet mop head are sold separately.

A key highlight of the Ren Pro is its thoughtfully designed toolset. The vacuum includes multiple motorised and non-motorised brushes for carpets, hard floors, mattresses, curtains, and delicate surfaces. Each attachment is clearly labelled with its intended use, a practical touch that enhances ease of use for both first-time and elderly users. The snap-on mechanism for tools is sturdy, and the inclusion of multiple soft-bristle brushes helps reduce the risk of surface damage.

Performance-wise, the vacuum delivers up to 34 kPa of suction via a 500W BLDC motor. Four power modes—Adaptive, Eco, Max, and Turbo—allow users to balance cleaning strength and battery consumption. The adaptive mode automatically adjusts suction based on debris, making it suitable for daily cleaning. Noise levels remain comparable to other cordless vacuums in this segment.

Battery life is adequate but not exceptional. Users can expect around 45 minutes of runtime in adaptive mode without motorised tools and approximately 30 minutes with them attached. Charging the 2,200 mAh battery pack takes about four hours, which is average for the category. The vacuum supports flexible charging options, including wall-mounted docking or direct battery charging.

Overall, the Nuuk Ren Pro offers strong value for money, combining solid performance, thoughtful design, and an extensive accessory kit. While it does not aim to compete directly with high-end premium models, it stands out as a well-rounded option in the sub-Rs. 20,000 cordless vacuum segment, particularly for users seeking versatility and ease of maintenance at an accessible price.
