Apple AirPods Pro 3 Launches with Heart Tracking Shocking Pro 2 Fans
Apple debuts AirPods Pro 3 with health features.
Apple introduced its highly anticipated AirPods Pro 3 at the “Awe Dropping” event on September 9, marking a significant evolution in its truly wireless stereo (TWS) offerings. Priced at Rs. 25,900 in India, the AirPods Pro 3 replace the AirPods Pro 2, launched in 2022, which have now been discontinued.
The updated AirPods lineup also includes the AirPods 4 (Rs. 12,900), AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) (Rs. 17,900), and the AirPods Max with a USB Type-C port (Rs. 59,900), available in Blue, Purple, Midnight, Starlight, and Orange colorways.
The AirPods Pro 3 introduce groundbreaking health features, including a custom photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor that uses infrared light to monitor blood flow, enabling heart rate tracking during workouts. Integrated with motion sensors, GPS, and on-device AI from a paired iPhone, the earbuds provide comprehensive health and fitness data via Apple’s Fitness app.
Additionally, the AirPods Pro 3 support Live Translation powered by Apple Intelligence, facilitating real-time conversation translation for seamless communication across languages.
Designed for enhanced comfort, the AirPods Pro 3 feature a re-engineered ergonomic fit, IP57 dust and water resistance, and a sleeker charging case. With Bluetooth 5.3 and support for lossless audio, they deliver superior sound quality and up to twice the Active Noise Cancellation of their predecessor.
Apple offers free engraving on the AirPods Pro 3, AirPods 4, and AirPods 4 with ANC, along with a three-month Apple Music subscription for all AirPods purchases. Pre-orders are open, with availability starting September 19.
