Lewis Hamilton Dreams of Traveling Through India and Climbing Mount Everest
Lewis Hamilton reveals dream to travel across India, explore Himalayas, and climb Mount Everest.
Seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton has revealed his dream of travelling through India and exploring the Himalayas, ultimately aiming to climb Mount Everest. In a recent video shared by F1, Hamilton said, “Where I really want to go is… I want to travel through India and then make my way up through the Himalayas. That’s like a future dream for me, and then I’m going to climb Mount Everest.”
Hamilton, who switched to Scuderia Ferrari in 2025 after a 12-year stint with Mercedes-AMG Petronas, is preparing for the 2026 season, which kicks off with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 8, following pre-season testing in Bahrain. His debut season with Ferrari was challenging, finishing sixth in the championship, 86 points behind teammate Charles Leclerc, and failing to secure a podium for the first time in his career, despite a victory in China.
The 2025 Formula 1 season saw Lando Norris of McLaren clinch his maiden World Championship ahead of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, with McLaren also securing their 10th Constructors’ Championship and second consecutive title. Norris and teammate Oscar Piastri collectively won six of the 24 Grands Prix, including a decisive victory at the Singapore Grand Prix.
