IPL 2026 Final: Clear Weather Expected For RCB vs GT In Ahmedabad

The highly anticipated clash brings together the defending champions and one of the tournament’s most consistent sides. Gujarat Titans, meanwhile, are seeking to add a second IPL trophy to their cabinet after winning the championship in their debut season in 2022.

Fortunately, forecasts indicate that rain is unlikely to disrupt proceedings during the final. According to weather predictions, the chance of precipitation during match hours remains minimal at around five per cent. The weather is expected to remain hot during the day, with temperatures reaching approximately 41 degrees Celsius before cooling down to around 30 degrees Celsius in the evening. Despite the high daytime temperatures, conditions are expected to become more comfortable after sunset when the match gets underway. The relatively stable forecast is expected to provide ideal circumstances for players and spectators alike. Organisers and broadcasters will also welcome the prospect of a full match without weather-related interruptions.

Should both the final and reserve day be completely washed out, Royal Challengers Bengaluru would be declared champions by virtue of finishing higher than Gujarat Titans in the league standings.
