Australia vs Pakistan ODI Series 2026: Schedule, Squads, Venues, and Live Streaming Details

Australia face Pakistan in a three-match ODI series starting May 30 in Rawalpindi.

Australia and Pakistan are set to face off in a three-match One Day International series beginning May 30, with the opening fixture scheduled to take place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The remaining two matches of the series will be played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on June 2 and June 4, respectively. All matches are slated to begin at 5 p.m. IST as both teams continue preparations ahead of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup next year.

The series marks Australia’s return to Pakistan for a bilateral ODI contest after their previous visit in 2022, when the hosts recovered from an early defeat to clinch the series 2-1. Pakistan enters the upcoming contest with confidence after sweeping Australia 3-0 in a T20I series held earlier this year in Lahore. Cricket analysts expect another closely contested battle between the two sides as both teams look to strengthen combinations and assess squad depth in the 50-over format.

Australia has suffered a setback ahead of the tour with regular captain Mitchell Marsh ruled out due to an ankle injury. Wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis will lead the Australian side for the three-match series. The touring squad includes experienced names such as Alex Carey, Cameron Green, Marnus Labuschagne, and Adam Zampa, alongside younger players including Ollie Peake and Liam Scott as Australia continues to experiment with their lineup ahead of future international assignments.

Pakistan, meanwhile, will once again be led by fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi in the ODI format. The selectors have recalled several senior players, including Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, and Sufyan Moqim, all of whom missed Pakistan’s ODI series in Bangladesh earlier this year. The squad also features Haris Rauf, Salman Ali Agha, and emerging players such as Arafat Minhas and Abdul Samad as the hosts attempt to build momentum in home conditions.

Following the completion of the Pakistan tour, Australia is scheduled to continue their subcontinent assignment with a limited-overs series in Bangladesh. The team will play three ODIs in Dhaka starting June 9 before traveling to Chattogram for a three-match T20I series beginning June 17. The packed schedule forms part of Australia’s preparations for major international tournaments and provides players with valuable experience in Asian conditions.

The live streaming of the Australia vs Pakistan ODI series will be available through the Pakistan Cricket Board’s official PCB Live platform. Fans in India can also watch the matches through the Sports TV YouTube channel, while viewers in Australia will be able to stream all three fixtures on Kayo Sports and Cricket platforms. With strong squads, competitive recent history and World Cup preparations underway, the series is expected to attract significant attention from cricket fans across the globe
