KTM Launches Indian Adventure Rally, KTM Cup Season 3 at India Bike Week

KTM reveals racing and adventure events in India, outlining dates, locations, and professional rider training plans.

KTM announced the launch of KTM Cup Season 3 and the inaugural KTM Indian Adventure Rally during the 12th edition of India Bike Week on December 19, 2025. The announcements highlight the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer's ongoing efforts to foster a performance-oriented riding culture in India, bringing global-level experiences to local enthusiasts through track racing and adventure riding initiatives.

KTM Cup Season 3, a popular one-make championship series, will kick off on January 17, 2026, featuring four zonal rounds held in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Guwahati. A key highlight of the season is the inclusion of training sessions led by MotoGP legend Dani Pedrosa, who serves as a test rider for KTM. This opportunity allows selected Indian riders to receive direct guidance from the three-time world champion, enhancing skills in track performance and racing techniques.

Separately, KTM introduced its flagship Adventure Rally format to India for the first time, scheduled from February 27 to March 3, 2026, along Goa's scenic West Coast. The five-day event, expected to attract over 120 participants, will be headlined by renowned adventure riding expert Chris Birch, an eight-time New Zealand Enduro Champion and Dakar Rally veteran. Riders will tackle curated off-road routes while receiving hands-on coaching from Birch.

These initiatives underscore KTM's "Ready to Race" philosophy, aiming to elevate both circuit racing and adventure motorcycling in the country. The announcements were made amid the vibrant atmosphere of India Bike Week, which relocated to Panchgani this year due to scheduling conflicts in its traditional Goa venue, drawing enthusiasts for rides, showcases, and community events.
