Anushka Sharma And Virat Kohli Purchase Luxury Apartment In Mumbai's Versova
Celebrity couple adds luxury Mumbai property to portfolio.
Cricketer Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma have expanded their luxury real estate portfolio with the purchase of a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Versova area. According to a report by The Indian Express, the celebrity couple has acquired the property for Rs 18.29 crore, adding another high-value asset to their investments across major locations.
The apartment is reportedly located in the Godrej Skyshore residential project in Andheri West. Spread across 2,644 sq ft, the luxury residence is situated on one of the higher floors of the building and includes an additional exclusive area of 316 sq ft. The property also comes with three dedicated parking spaces, according to details mentioned in the report.
Over the years, Kohli and Sharma have invested in several premium properties across Mumbai, Gurugram, and Alibaug. Their real estate holdings have attracted considerable attention, with the couple owning and purchasing properties in some of the country’s most sought-after residential locations.

One of Virat Kohli’s most discussed property deals involved a sea-facing apartment in Mumbai’s Worli. The cricketer had reportedly booked a 7,171 sq ft, four-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor in 2016 for around Rs 34 crore. However, reports later suggested that the booking was cancelled, making it one of the most talked-about celebrity property deals that did not materialise.
The couple also owns significant assets outside Mumbai. Kohli reportedly has a luxury residence in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, spread across around 10,000 sq ft and estimated to be worth approximately Rs 80 crore. The property is said to include premium facilities such as a private swimming pool, modern gym, and other luxury amenities.
Apart from urban properties, Virat and Anushka have made major investments in Alibaug. Reports suggest that they purchased more than five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach for around Rs 37.86 crore. The couple, who married in Italy in 2017 and are parents to daughter Vamika and son Akaay, continue to maintain a strong presence in the luxury lifestyle and real estate space.
