Shocking ED Chargesheet: Rahul Gandhi Slams BJP’s ‘Witch-Hunt’ as ED Targets Vadra!

Rahul Gandhi accuses the government of a decade-long vendetta against Robert Vadra after ED files chargesheet in a money laundering case.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi fiercely criticized the BJP-led government, alleging a relentless “witch-hunt” against his brother-in-law, Robert Vadra, following the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) chargesheet against the businessman. The chargesheet, filed on Thursday, pertains to alleged money laundering linked to land deal irregularities in Shikohpur, Haryana.

In a fiery post on X, Gandhi declared, “My brother-in-law has been hounded by this government for the last ten years. This latest chargesheet is a continuation of that witch hunt.” He expressed solidarity with Vadra, his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and their family, stating, “I stand with Robert, Priyanka, and their children as they face yet another onslaught of malicious, politically motivated slander and harassment.”

Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, asserted that the family would face the “persecution” with dignity, confidently adding, “The truth will eventually prevail.” The ED also attached 43 immovable properties worth Rs. 37.64 crore across Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Gujarat, linked to Vadra and entities like Sky Light Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
