PM Modi to Launch BJP’s Bihar Poll Campaign on October 15
PM Modi to rally BJP workers for Bihar polls.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to ignite the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) campaign for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections with a high-energy interactive session with party workers on October 15, 2025. The event, part of the BJP’s “Mera Booth, Sabse Majboot” (My Booth, the Strongest) initiative, aims to galvanize grassroots efforts as the state gears up for a fiercely contested electoral battle.
In a post on X, Modi expressed enthusiasm about connecting directly with BJP’s dedicated workers, stating, “Our tireless workers are pouring their energy into securing a BJP-NDA victory in Bihar. Engaging with such committed karyakartas always sparks new inspiration.” He invited suggestions from party workers, emphasizing their role in shaping the campaign. The selected workers, chosen under the “Mera Booth, Sabse Majboot” program, will have the chance to interact with the Prime Minister, boosting morale ahead of the polls.
The 243-member Bihar Assembly elections are scheduled for two phases on November 6 and November 11, 2025, with vote counting set for November 14. The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which includes Janata Dal (United), Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular), and Rashtriya Lok Morcha, faces a formidable challenge from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)-led Mahagathbandhan, comprising Congress, Left parties, and smaller allies. Adding intrigue to the race, Jan Suraaj, led by poll strategist Prashant Kishor, has jumped into the fray, already announcing candidates for 51 seats.
