Kalyan Banerjee, once considered a close and trusted aide of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, expressed strong dissatisfaction with Abhishek Banerjee’s leadership style, accusing him of arrogance and mismanagement within the party structure. Speaking to news agency IANS, he said the current atmosphere within the organisation had become difficult for long-time workers like himself, alleging that internal functioning had been severely affected.
In his comments, Kalyan Banerjee criticised Abhishek Banerjee’s behaviour, claiming it was damaging party unity and morale. He further alleged that repeated instances of what he described as a “king-like attitude” were making it increasingly difficult for senior leaders to function effectively within the organisational framework.
