Kejriwal Alleges BJP Conspiracy to Annihilate AAP, Demands Fresh Delhi Assembly Polls
Kejriwal attacks BJP after clean chit; demands fresh Delhi polls, predicts BJP defeat.
Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday launched a frontal attack on the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah, accusing them of orchestrating a “sinister conspiracy” to annihilate AAP. The remarks came hours after he and other party leaders received a clean chit in the ‘Liquorgate’ case.
Speaking at a press conference flanked by senior aides including Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh, Kejriwal demanded an apology from the Centre for implicating him and his party in what he described as a “false, fabricated, and bogus” case. He also dared the government to hold fresh Assembly elections, asserting that the BJP would face public wrath.
“The court said there wasn’t sufficient evidence to even begin a trial. This was a deliberate attempt by PM Modi and HM Amit Shah to throw us out of power,” Kejriwal said, accusing central agencies like the CBI and ED of targeting his party over the past four years.

He also defended the integrity of himself and his colleagues, adding, “Today’s court decision establishes firmly that Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and others are ‘kattar imaandaar’.”
On the electoral front, Kejriwal predicted an electoral rout for the BJP, claiming, “If polls were held today, they wouldn’t get more than 10 seats in Delhi.” Responding to Congress remarks on the clean chit, he questioned why no senior leaders from that party, including Rahul Gandhi or Robert Vadra, faced jail.
Kejriwal concluded by urging the Centre to focus on governance rather than political vendetta, stating that mudslinging was the only avenue the BJP had to try and defeat AAP.
