Andhra Pradesh CM Naidu’s Delhi Visit to Boost State Projects and Honor PV Narasimha Rao!

Chandrababu Naidu’s two-day trip from July 15 to secure Central aid for Andhra’s infrastructure and attend CII summit.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will embark on a two-day visit to New Delhi starting July 15 to meet Union Ministers, attend a memorial for former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, and participate in a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) conference, the state government announced Saturday.

Naidu’s agenda includes discussions with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and others, focusing on pending funds, the Polavaram-Banakacharla connectivity project, and rural employment schemes. He aims to secure greater Central support for Andhra’s infrastructure and welfare initiatives, including the revival of Amaravati as the state capital and irrigation projects, critical after the 2014 state bifurcation.

On July 15, Naidu will attend a 4:30 PM memorial service at the Prime Minister’s Museum and Library to honor PV Narasimha Rao, recognizing his economic reforms. On July 16, he will hold further talks with the Finance Ministry at North Block and join a CII business summit to pitch Andhra as an investment hub, aligning with his vision for a greenfield capital and sustainable growth.
