Teen Boy Falls to Death from Restaurant Shed in Delhi
16-year-old boy dies after plastic shed collapses under his weight at Delhi restaurant.
A tragic accident claimed the life of a 16-year-old Class 11 student in northwest Delhi’s Gujranwala area after he fell from a plastic shed installed at a local restaurant. The incident occurred on Saturday and was reported to the police through a PCR call.
According to police officials, the victim, identified as Kabin, had visited the restaurant with his friends to spend time together. The group reportedly accessed the top of the building using a staircase, from where Kabin climbed onto a plastic shed that covered the gallery space between adjoining shops.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the shed was not designed to bear weight and collapsed shortly after the boy stepped onto it. As a result, Kabin fell to the ground below and sustained serious injuries.
