He said Karnataka represents a unique blend of philosophical depth and technological progress, referring to the confluence of “tatvajnan” and “tantrajnan.” The Prime Minister described the Math as a guiding force that has consistently imparted moral values and spiritual direction, helping shape communities over generations.
Recalling the contributions of Balagangadharanatha Swamiji, Modi praised the late seer’s work in education, healthcare, and social service, particularly for the underprivileged. He said such spiritual leaders went beyond religious teachings to actively engage with societal challenges, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire.

He also touched upon environmental conservation efforts, recalling the seer’s work in protecting peacocks, India’s national bird, and noted his own personal observations of the bird’s graceful nature.
