Nestle India Q3 Profit Surges 46% to ₹1,018 Crore, Dividend of ₹7 Announced

Nestle India reports 46% YoY profit jump to ₹1,018 crore in Q3, beats estimates and declares ₹7 interim dividend.

Nestle India reported a robust set of results for the third quarter of the financial year ending March 2026, significantly outperforming market expectations. The FMCG major posted a 46% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit, driven by strong revenue growth and sustained demand across key product categories. Both the top line and bottom line came in well above analysts’ forecasts.

The company’s net profit for Q3FY26 stood at ₹1,018 crore, sharply higher than ₹696 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. This also exceeded the Street’s estimate of ₹739 crore by a wide margin, reflecting improved operating performance and volume-led growth during the quarter.

Revenue from operations rose 18.6% year-on-year to ₹5,667 crore, compared with ₹4,780 crore in Q3FY25. The topline figure surpassed analysts’ expectations of ₹5,266 crore, indicating strong consumer demand despite a challenging cost environment. Growth was supported by steady momentum across Nestle India’s core FMCG portfolio.
