Women Driving India Forward: PM Modi Praises Their Achievements

PM Modi praises women for shaping India’s growth across sectors.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to India’s women, praising their contributions across diverse sectors and highlighting their role in shaping the nation’s progress. In a post on X, he described women’s efforts as marked by “determination, creativity and unmatched zeal,” calling their achievements a source of inspiration for the country.

The Prime Minister emphasized that women’s empowerment remains central to the government’s agenda. “Empowerment of women is at the core of our various schemes and initiatives. We remain committed to creating opportunities that enable every woman to realise her full potential and contribute to India’s journey of development,” he wrote, underscoring the focus on enabling women to participate fully in national growth.
