Terrifying Mid-Air Drama: IndiGo Flight with 140 Passengers Escapes Disaster in Indore, Madhya Pradesh!

IndiGo flight with 140 passengers safely makes emergency landing in Indore after landing gear alert.

Panic gripped passengers aboard IndiGo flight 6E 813 from Goa as it was forced to make a dramatic emergency landing at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport in Indore on Monday evening after a chilling landing gear alert. Carrying 140 passengers, the aircraft circled for 25 tense minutes before touching down safely at 5:15 pm, 25 minutes behind its scheduled 4:50 pm arrival.

Airport director Vipinkant Seth revealed that a technical warning signaled a potential issue with the undercarriage, prompting the crew to take no chances. “The aircraft landed under emergency conditions, but all passengers and crew are completely safe,” Seth confirmed. The airport declared a full emergency, with fire and medical teams on high alert as per standard procedures.

An IndiGo spokesperson acknowledged the technical snag, stating, “Flight 6E 813 reported an issue just before landing, but touched down safely. The aircraft is undergoing mandatory checks before resuming operations.” The airline expressed regret for any inconvenience and reaffirmed its commitment to passenger, crew, and aircraft safety.
