The breakthrough came swiftly after the girl's distraught parents filed a formal complaint, detailing repeated instances of inappropriate touching by Manoj Kumar Pal, a physics teacher at her school. "Suspecting his involvement, we zeroed in on the teacher. Hours of intense interrogation cracked him—he admitted to luring her away, killing her, and callously chopping up her body to hide the crime," the officer added.
