Pawan Kalyan Makes Rare Disease Patient’s Dream Come True
Actor-politician fulfils special wish of ailing young fan.
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Actor Pawan Kalyan fulfilled the heartfelt wish of a young fan battling a rare genetic disorder by visiting his residence in Hanumakonda on Wednesday. The visit came after 17-year-old Niranjan, who is bedridden due to a severe medical condition that has affected his growth and mobility, expressed a desire to meet the actor-politician.
According to officials from the Deputy Chief Minister’s office, Pawan Kalyan personally travelled to Niranjan’s home to spend time with him and his family. During the visit, he sat beside the teenager, held his hand, interacted with him, and took selfies to lift his spirits. The actor-politician also presented him with sacred prasadam from the Tirumala temple and offered words of encouragement to the family.
The meeting was marked by emotional moments as Pawan Kalyan listened to Niranjan and his parents speak about the challenges they have faced. Deeply moved by the teenager’s condition, he embraced him, kissed his forehead, and spent considerable time talking with him. He also watched videos and photographs from Niranjan’s healthier days, including clips in which the young fan imitated the actor’s dance moves and film performances.

During the interaction, Pawan Kalyan inquired about the medical treatment being provided and explored ways in which additional support could be extended. He provided financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh to help cover medical expenses and encouraged the family to remain hopeful. When Niranjan’s parents shared details of their previous work at a hospital canteen, he directed party leaders in Telangana to help establish a canteen that could improve the family’s livelihood.
Following the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister offered special prayers for Niranjan’s health at the famous Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal. In a message shared on social media, Pawan Kalyan praised the teenager’s courage and resilience, stating that he had gone to fulfil a fan’s wish but left inspired by Niranjan’s determination and strength in the face of adversity.
The Jana Sena leader also thanked the Telangana government, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, police authorities, and party workers for their support and coordination during the visit. The gesture was widely appreciated by supporters, who viewed it as a compassionate act that brought comfort and encouragement to a young fan and his family during a difficult period.
