CTET Result 2026: Scorecard Likely This Week as CBSE Wraps up Answer Key Objections
The CTET 2026 scorecard is expected soon after the answer key objection window closed on March 15.
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 results are expected to be announced soon, with candidates likely to receive their scorecards by next week. Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, the exam is a key qualification for aspiring teachers seeking positions in central government schools and institutions that recognise CTET scores.
While no official result date has been confirmed yet, trends from previous years suggest that the results are typically declared within two weeks of the closure of the answer key objection window. For the February 2026 session, this window closed on March 15, increasing expectations of an imminent announcement.
The provisional answer keys for CTET 2026 were released on March 12, along with scanned OMR sheets, allowing candidates to raise objections within a limited timeframe. With this process now complete, the final answer keys and results are expected to follow shortly.

The examination was conducted on February 7 and 8 in two shifts across 140 cities and 1,803 centres nationwide. Additionally, a re-examination was held on March 1 at two centres in Bihar after earlier tests there were cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
CTET consists of two papers designed for different teaching levels. Paper 1 is for candidates aiming to teach Classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for those targeting Classes 6 to 8, making it a crucial step in the teacher recruitment process.
Once released, candidates will be able to check their results and download scorecards from the official website. The announcement will provide clarity for lakhs of aspirants awaiting eligibility certification for teaching roles across India.
