#BREAKING: Pakistan in Disarray! Now Claim They Shot Down Five Indian Planes

Pakistan’s Claim of Downing Indian Jets Likely False in Escalating Tensions

Clearly rattled by India's surgical precision strikes a few hours ago, Pakistan's leadership has come out with random and uncorrelated statements showing that they have had no prior planning for such an eventuality. All this after days of posturing bravado with military exercises.

In what is seen as a blatant lie, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has claimed on Bloomberg TV that Pakistan shot down five Indian planes and captured Indian soldiers during India’s Operation Sindoor, which targeted terrorist bases deep in Pakistan, including Punjab.

Indian officials, operating outside business hours, have not yet responded, but open-source intelligence and posts on X, including from Pakistan’s own military sources, confirm no Indian aircraft entered Pakistani airspace, debunking Asif’s claims.

India’s strikes, using BrahMos missiles and UCAVs from Indian soil, eliminated three top terrorists, including an LeT leader in Muridke. Asif warned of retaliation but urged de-escalation, saying, “We do not want this situation to escalate.”

U.S. President Donald Trump called the situation “a shame,” hoping for a quick resolution. India has briefed global powers, including the U.S., U.K., Saudi Arabia, and Russia, on its actions.
