#BREAKING: Indian Air Force Jet Crashes Outside Jamnagar! One Pilot Safe, Another Missing

Jaguar Jet Crash Leaves IAF on Edge: One Pilot Safe, Another Missing

A tense night unfolds in Gujarat as an Indian Air Force (IAF) Jaguar fighter jet crashed near Suvarda village, just 12 kilometers from Jamnagar city, during a routine training mission.

The incident, reported less than an hour ago, saw one pilot eject safely, while the second remains unaccounted for, sparking an urgent search operation. District SP Premsukh Delu confirmed the jet burst into flames upon impact in an open field, drawing a swift response from police and firefighters.

The cause of the crash remains unclear, leaving authorities scrambling for answers. “One pilot ejected safely, but the other is missing. We’ve launched a search amid the wreckage,” Delu said.

The blaze illuminated the night sky, with locals rushing to assist as emergency teams cordoned off the site. The IAF has yet to release an official statement, but the incident echoes a similar Jaguar crash in Haryana last month, where a pilot also ejected safely.

For now, the focus is on locating the missing aviator, with the crash site—a smoldering field—under intense scrutiny. The Jaguar, a mainstay of the IAF’s strike fleet, has faced scrutiny over its aging systems, though no conclusions have been drawn here. As the search continues, Jamnagar holds its breath, awaiting news of the missing pilot and clarity on what brought the jet down on this fateful Wednesday night.
