BJP National President Nitin Nabin met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Saturday as part of the party’s organisational outreach programme ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. The meeting is being viewed as part of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s broader strategy to strengthen its grassroots structure in the state.

According to details shared on social media platform X by Nitin Nabin, the interaction with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath focused on organisational coordination and election preparedness. The meeting took place amid intensified efforts by the BJP to consolidate its booth-level network and reinforce party structures across Uttar Pradesh ahead of the crucial state polls.

As part of his ongoing visit, Nabin is scheduled to engage directly with party workers on Sunday. He is expected to address the BJP’s Shakti Kendra Convenor Conference at the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in Lucknow, where he will guide booth-level functionaries on strengthening organisational reach, improving coordination, and preparing for the 2027 electoral contest.

In addition to the conference, the BJP National President will also visit the residence of booth president Shivaji Rawat in Peer Nagar. The visit is aimed at reviewing grassroots-level organisational activities and interacting with local party workers to assess ground-level preparedness and outreach efforts.

Earlier on Saturday, Nabin also participated in a high-level meeting of BJP Members of Parliament and Members of the Legislative Assembly held in Lucknow. The meeting, conducted under the guidance of BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santhosh, focused on organisational preparedness, ideological consolidation, and election strategy planning for the upcoming Assembly elections.

The meeting was attended by senior party leaders including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, and other MPs and MLAs. Party leaders described the discussions as part of a coordinated effort to align governance priorities with electoral strategy and strengthen the BJP’s grassroots presence ahead of the 2027 polls.
