#BiharPolls: Yogi Adityanath Targets Opposition With “Three Monkeys” Remark in Bihar Rally
UP CM mocks opposition trio as blind, deaf monkeys.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unleashed a blistering attack on the INDIA alliance during a fiery rally in Bihar’s Keoti on Monday, branding Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav, and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav as “Pappu,” “Tappu,” and “Akku” respectively. Likening them to Mahatma Gandhi’s three monkeys, Yogi declared, “Pappu cannot speak the truth, Tappu cannot see it, and Akku cannot hear it,” accusing the opposition of turning a blind eye to development and embracing criminals while compromising state security.
The saffron-clad leader further alleged that Congress, RJD, and SP have historically divided Bihar on caste lines, sheltered infiltrators, and undermined national security with their anti-Hindu stance. “These are Ram traitors and opponents of Maa Janaki,” he thundered, warning voters against forces that once ruled with “guns and pistols,” tainted governance, and now seek to return by manipulating faith and fear in the ongoing assembly elections.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi amplified the NDA’s offensive in Patna with a massive roadshow on Sunday, urging Biharis to back the alliance for a developed India. Taking aim at Congress and RJD, Modi mocked their sleepless nights over Operation Sindoor’s success in Pakistan, saying the “naamdaars” of both nations remain rattled by India’s surgical precision and growing global stature under his leadership.

Modi exposed deep cracks within the opposition, revealing a last-minute seat-sharing brawl where RJD allegedly forced Congress at gunpoint to name Tejashwi Yadav as the alliance’s chief ministerial face. “While NDA marches united for Viksit Bharat, the INDIA bloc is fighting over scraps behind closed doors,” he said, contrasting the ruling coalition’s stability with the opposition’s chaos just days before polling.
With Bihar’s 243-seat assembly voting in two phases on November 6 and 11, and results due on November 14, the Keoti constituency braces for a fierce four-way contest between BJP, RJD, AIMIM, and Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraaj. As NDA heavyweights like Yogi and Modi dominate the campaign narrative, the opposition struggles to counter the “three monkeys” jibe now echoing across the state’s battlegrounds.
