Bihar Man Kills 3 Minor Nephews and Niece, Then Attempts Suicide in Aurangabad
Three minor children murdered by uncle in Bihar's Aurangabad; motive remains unknown.
A shocking incident has emerged from Aurangabad, where a man allegedly killed three young children from his own family before attempting to take his own life. The accused, identified as Amant Pal, is currently in critical condition after being referred to a hospital in Patna. Police have stated that the motive behind the crime remains unclear and is under investigation.
The victims have been identified as Anish Kumar, Ayush Kumar, and Anushka Kumari, all children of Guddu Pal, who works in a pantry car on a train. The tragic incident took place in Khuthan village under the jurisdiction of Hasapura police station, sending shockwaves through the local community.
According to officials, including Daudnagar SDPO Ashok Kumar Das, police received information around 10 am about the killings. Initial findings suggest the incident may be linked to a domestic dispute. Authorities rushed to the spot soon after being alerted and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the case.

As per accounts from the scene, Amant Pal had reportedly left home earlier in the morning and returned later. When he arrived, his sister-in-law Anita Devi was bathing and could not open the door immediately. After gaining entry, he allegedly increased the volume of a speaker and carried out the attack on the children before attempting to harm himself.
The three children were found in a single room with severe injuries, while the accused was discovered nearby with similar wounds. Locals who reached the scene found all four lying in a pool of blood and quickly called for medical help. While the children succumbed to their injuries, Amant Pal was rushed to a nearby facility and later referred to Patna due to his critical condition. The police have launched a detailed probe as the community struggles to come to terms with the tragedy.
