Bengaluru Cop Tries Speaking Hindi to Comfort Stranded Bikers, Arranges Fuel

A Bengaluru police officer’s act of kindness has drawn widespread appreciation online after he helped two stranded bikers near the Basavanagudi Police Station. The incident, shared in a now-viral Reddit post, described how the officer arranged petrol for the duo when their motorcycle ran out of fuel late at night. Social media users have since lauded the gesture as an example of compassionate policing in everyday situations.

According to the post, the two friends were returning from a restaurant when they realised their vehicle was running low on petrol. They attempted to make it to the nearest fuel station, but the bike stalled in the middle of the road, directly in front of the police station. Concerned about being stranded at night, the pair were approached by a police officer who enquired about the situation.

Instead of reprimanding them, the officer reportedly called two individuals from inside the station and asked them to fetch petrol for the bikers. The user who shared the experience emphasised that the officer handled the situation calmly and without creating discomfort.
