7,000 Youth Land Jobs at Massive Congress Job Fair
Indian Youth Congress job fair in Patna secures 7,000 appointments.
The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) organized a transformative job fair in Patna on Saturday, where over 7,000 youth received appointment letters, IYC national president Uday Bhanu Chib announced. Inspired by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the event saw participation from 190 companies, with 48,000 youth registered and 20,000 interviewed. More than 7,000 secured jobs on the spot, while others were invited for follow-up rounds.
Chib emphasized the Congress Party’s commitment to Bihar’s youth, stating, “Despite being in opposition, we’re providing employment, proving clear intent achieves results.” He criticized the BJP’s 20-year rule in Bihar and 11 years at the Centre for neglecting unemployed youth.
The job fair, a testament to Rahul Gandhi’s vision, was attended by senior Congress leaders, including AICC Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru, Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram, Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Prasad Singh, AICC NSUI in-charge Kanhaiya Kumar, Independent MP Rajesh Ranjan (Pappu Yadav), and Congress MLA Pratima Das. The IYC hailed the event as not just a victory for the employed youth but an inspiration for future initiatives.
